I met you at Unity this past Sunday and sat beside you downstairs after church. I’m the one with chronic lyme disease. I really like your blog and agree with everything I read. You have put a lot of research into expanding your knowledge and sharing it with others and that’s wonderful! I am so happy that you overcame your asthma and are off all medications…incredible! I want to do that as well but I’ll have to take it slowly. Right now I’m concentrating on exercise, immune building, and detoxing.
